When we receive your online order, we will start to process your package and get everything ready for shipping.
Once payment has been deposited and cleared in our bank account, we will ship via our selected couriers and your order should reach you within 24 – 48 hours.
Because none of our pigments are stocked at our salon please allow an additional 3-5 workings days to receive your parcel.

COLLECTION AT LASTING IMPRESSIONS
If you would like to collect your order from our premises, you are more than welcome to do so. Please select the LOCAL PICKUP option when checking out.
We offer an express delivery option via Courier IT couriers, this is the fastest way to get your order to you, and we charge a flat rate of R150 for all order under 1kg. Additional charges may apply if your parcel is heavier than 1kg.
Unfortunately, we do not have a free delivery policy as we need to outsource our deliveries to a courier company.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return most new, unopened pigments within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON OPENED PIGMENTS or any other supplies.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
